Management NVQ Level 3
Moving from a supervision/team leading role into management for the first time is an extremely tough step and this program helps the new manager make those first steps. Equally you may have been in management for some time and feel there are gaps in your knowledge. This qualification, delivered flexibly in the work place, is ideal for supporting mangers and testing them against national recognised standards.
The course is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and management and whilst on program the learner becomes a member of the Institute for free, with all the benefits this affords.
