In September 2007 the government introduced reforms to the education and development of teachers in England. The Further Education Workforce Reforms include the introduction of a new professional status and associated qualifications for teachers, tutors and trainers, and apply to organisations delivering learning programmes funded by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC). In short;
LearnInvicta offers the new range of qualifications essential for working in the sector as well as providing CPD opportunities to ensure professionals remain so.
If you are a LSC provider (or wish to become one) please speak to one of our consultants who will advise you on the best route to take, including ensuring staff receive credit for their existing qualifications.

New Saturday School Program
Following requests for training outside the normal teaching day, LearnInvicta is proud to announce its new Saturday School program
- Level 3 PTLLS program: Induction 31 October 09, program dates 14th November- 12 December 09
- Level 3 Combined PTLLS and CTLLS program: Induction 9 January, program dates 23 January - 22 May (Easter and May Bank holiday weekends not included)
The program will run at LearnInvicta's Rochester Training Facilities
